What's included in the free tier?

The free tier includes up to 50 items and 1 home, with basic inventory features, photo uploads, and PDF report generation.

What do I get with Premium?

Premium unlocks unlimited items and homes, iCloud sync across all your devices, advanced features, and priority support. Try it free for 7 days!

Is my data secure?

Yes! Your data is stored locally on your device using iOS encryption. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account. We never see or access your inventory data. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Can I export my inventory?

Yes! You can export your entire inventory to PDF or CSV format, perfect for insurance claims, sharing with family, or backing up your data.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Curator AI → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

What devices are supported?

Curator AI requires iOS 17.0 or later and runs on iPhone and iPad. With Premium and iCloud sync, your inventory stays synchronized across all your devices.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and follow Apple's refund request process.
